On January 26, THG officially launched the new [My Energy Network](https://eis.thgenergy.com/) portal for all users.

After a successful beta release in October, all users will now be directed to the new portal by default. The legacy portal will remain accessible through at least the end of 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.

## Why “My Energy Network”?

Your energy data is more than just numbers, it’s a network. Like any network, its value grows as more information is added and connected.

A single bill showing 20,000 kWh tells part of the story. But when that usage is mapped to meters, assets, facility size, and historical trends, it becomes actionable intelligence. The more data you add, the smarter your decisions become and the more value the portal delivers.

- Standardized global filters for consistent customization across all reports
- Saved reports so power users can curate and share experiences across their organization
- Foundation for future innovation with faster improvements and new feature development

This launch is just the beginning. We’ll continue rolling out new features and enhancements throughout the year and we’ll keep you updated as the portal evolves.
